The thrill of getting a camera for my 11th birthday, developing that first film and seeing the results has never left me. The technology may have moved on, but I still take immense pride from capturing significant moments and optimising images for others to enjoy. There's little I find more professionally rewarding than showing photographs to people and seeing their faces light up; it's the reason I love my work.

A Member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers and long-established portrait photographer, I pride myself on being able to capture people in their 'best light'. In recent years this led to an ever-increasing number of requests for me to apply these skills to weddings and, because I love the dynamism and emotions of a wedding day, this has become my main focus.

My experience behind the camera and in front of the editing desk means I'm able to offer a range of styles, from soft and dreamy, pastel coloured fine-art, through to more dramatic black & white, documentary style images. So, whether you already have a clear idea of what you want, or are unsure and would like advice, I'm always happy to chat this through with you, even before you commit using me. I'm based on the borders of Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Essex, but my work has taken me to shoots from Cornwall to the Cairngorms, so don't let distance be a barrier to getting the best!
