My photographic style: Wildlife photographer always trying to capture that fleeting moment that gives a glimpse into an animals behaviour that few ever see.

My greatest strengths: Being proactive rather than reactive - Always Have A Plan

I have been in photography: 20 years in the digital world

How I got started in photography: Film, (that four letter word), in the days before DSLR. Learned so much that still applies today.

My photographic skills: Metering, composition, working to a plan and sharing knowledge through the teaching of others.

My personality: Never forgetting that we all started from scratch and that we're all still learning. Patience and tolerance are not virtues, they are necessities.

Geographic areas I cover: Devon, UK

Venues I frequently attend: Wildlife reserves, wetlands and open country.

I found inspiration from: The animals that I photograph.

Success in photography: Prize winning photo comps and I am also an RSPB photographer (V).

My interests outside photography: Books (classics), walking and getting out and about and any decent pub.
