My ‘day’ job was as a contracts specialist in the diverse world of
construction where I was fortunate enough to have been paid to travel to and
live in over fourteen countries around the world as diverse as Libya and
Australia. Now live and hope to die in Thailand, which I love dearly.
Started ‘snapping’ around 1963 when I first worked in Cyprus.
Have been lucky enough to have sold some prints to clients where it adorns
the walls of their homes or workplaces in Antibes, Geneva, Singapore,
Berlin, Chiang Mai and Bangkok.
Exhibitions include:
“Colours” - an eclectic mix of images from various locations worldwide held
in the gallery of one of the professional photographic laboratories in
Bangkok.
“That’s life – Patong Beach”, images of all the aspects that make up the
diversity of those who work and play on the beach, shown at the Pickture
Gallery in Bangkok.
“50 shades of Green” depicting the local men, women and children) involved
in the day-to-day activities of building a modest house in a quiet location
on Phuket Island. Private showings to Architects involved in the top-end of
private developments on Phuket and Koh Samui.
“Here & There” – images of faces, places and other stuff shown by the
Watermark Restaurant & Bar, Boat Lagoon Marina, Phuket that was scheduled
for a month but lasted six months due to its popularity!
